We are committed to promoting the ag industry and encouraging our local youth to take advantage of opportunities here. We believe that our young kids from local communities are our biggest asset.
Red Willow Chemical is a privately owned company that started in 1978 by our own local Griff Malleck. At RWC we offer chemicals for our local growers, wholesale retailers and aerial application services. We strive to serve our customers, community, and employees. We are looking for energetic students interested in agronomy, chemical sales, other ag related courses, and aviation. We want those who are ready to work hard and join a team with a great company culture.

Internship information
Start dates are flexible. Internship will last approximately 90 days.
Time will be divided between all aspects of our business so you can get a feel for multiple areas within our business. This will include agronomy, chemical sales, warehouse, aerial application, and more.
$15/hour with a bonus to be paid at the end of the internship.
Tuition reimbursement provided for interns that return or transition to full-time employment.
